CORD + IRON Return & Exchange Policy
We want every CORD + IRON experience to be an exceptional one. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.
Did your order arrive damaged?
Please send a photo and short description of the damaged item to customer.service@cordandiron.com. Once received, we’ll either issue a store credit or ship a replacement at no cost to you.
Did your order arrive with an incorrect item?
If the items you received don’t match your order, email us at customer.service@cordandiron.com and we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
Changed your mind or not in love with your item?
We understand—it can be hard to choose the perfect piece online. If your order is unused and in the same condition you received it (clean, unbroken, unwashed, unlit, or unworn depending on the item type), you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the original purchase price.
Here’s how:

Email customer.service@cordandiron.com with your order details.

You’re welcome to return the item(s) using your preferred carrier, or we can provide a prepaid return label for your convenience. In either case, the cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility and will either be paid directly to your chosen carrier by the customer or deducted from your refund if we issue the label.

Once we receive your return in its original condition, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method.

Purchased from another retailer?
If you bought your CORD + IRON product from an independent shop or online marketplace, please contact that retailer directly for returns or exchanges.
