Shipping Policy

- Orders are packed and shipped Monday, Wednesdays, and Friday ONLY. Orders placed on the weekend and holidays are processed on the following business day.

- If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment or shipping information, your order processing may be delayed.

- Any package returned due to an insufficient or incorrect address will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. 

- If you receive a notification that your package has been delivered and you have not yet received your package, please contact the shipping provider immediately. CORD+IRON is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you fear your package could potentially be stolen please contact us before your order ships to add a signature requirement to your package for an additional fee of $1.99.

- If your package is being held for pick-up at your local USPS Post Office, you can use the tracking number sent by CORD+IRON to retrieve your package.
